                a DI Certificate.


               Enhance Organizational Effectiveness
               The     DIC’s   institutional   strengthening   and
               development  continues  and  for  this  period  under
               review  has  completed  twenty-one  (21)  training
               programmes  designed  to  increase  organizational
               effectiveness,   increase   capacity      and   build
               competency  in  the  areas  of  crisis  management
               preparedness,  cyber  security,  FinTech,  as  well  as  in
               operational and administrative functions.
